LegalVision advises OneVentures on its $1.5 million investment in Coassemble

The Australian online learning startup has now raised $4.4 million in its Series A round, which brings its total funding raised to date to $6.6 million.

LegalVision has advised OneVentures on its $1.5 million investment in Coassemble. The Australian online learning startup has now raised $4.4 million in its Series A round, which brings its total funding raised to date to $6.6 million.


Coassemble provides an online training platform for mid-market and tech-based companies. It will use its latest round of funding to grow its product development, sales and marketing teams, focusing on scaling its US presence.


The LegalVision team was led by practice leader Jill McKnight, who was assisted by senior lawyer Sian McLachlan.
