Education, tenacity & humility, not just an Ethos – but a way to build a community centred around strength and wellbeing.

Adelaide raised, Sam Hall, is an award winning strength training coach who has grown a dedicated following within the Australian Powerlifting community. His innovative workshops, mentor programs and one on one training regimes have helped him to become one of the rising stars in the industry. He is now launching his first, fully managed strength training gym in Thebarton, South Australia.

Set to open in mid-May, the space will feature the highest standard of training equipment, matched with unparalleled coaching support & a truly supportive community.

Sam’s passion for coaching and the sport is evident. This space means the world to me. It's my life. More than that, it's honestly my life's purpose to help others reach their greatest potential, and I genuinely can't wait to provide people an even better opportunity to work with the high level of coaching that they deserve.”

Sam believes Ethos Strength will be more that just a space for working out, ‘We want to create a space that gives people a broader runway for success. Where we can take the time to understand their physical and mental needs to progress them through their strength training. Yes, we lift heavy and we are high performers, but we chase more than just kilos on the bar - it doesn't matter if you have been competing for years or if this is literally Day 1 for you, you will find a place with us if you're willing to learn in an honest and open environment where you can be a part of a team’

The gym will be home to a dedicated team of award winning coaches, world class equipment and a supportive training community at its heart. But perhaps best of all, memberships will be tightly capped, with a focus on ensuring a quality training experience for all.

Memberships EOIs are open. Situated at Level 1, 33-43 Port Road, Thebarton, the gym will be officially opening mid-May. For further details visit ethosstrength.com.au/gym-launch
