City of Charles Sturt implements ePermits solution

Brisbane - 7 March, 2007 – TechnologyOne, the leading Australian software developer, has announced that the City of Charles Sturt has successfully implemented its ePermits solution, providing an online channel for council residents and local businesses to apply for council permits.

 

 

ePermits was developed in collaboration with the City of Charles Sturt in response to their need for a user-friendly, fully integrated property and rating solution. The solution developed is part of TechnologyOne’s suite of self-service applications, which is already being used by a number of local authorities throughout and .

 

 

The e-permit process provides a flexible and time-efficient avenue to apply for permits. Applications can be researched, prepared and submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This process also enables the City of Charles Sturt to implement a new self-service, customer centric business model, which helps to anticipate and meet the rapidly changing demands of their ratepayers.

  • Parking (temporary exemption)
