TOA Global appoints new Chief People Officer

Richard Smallcombe to lead human resources strategy with focus on delivering organizational excellence
TOA Global is pleased to announce that Richard Smallcombe has joined the company as Chief People Officer, effective July 19, 2021. He brings to his new role over 20 years of experience in human resources in different sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and consulting services.

Richard will be responsible for providing the strategic direction for all aspects of TOA’s global human resources function, which includes talent acquisition and management, people development, compensation and benefits, as well as organizational plans to ensure these are continuously developed and aligned to the company’s core values. 

Richard is based in Australia and will be reporting to Craig Mansell, CEO of TOA Global. Together with his team, Richard will also focus on designing career paths to meet the company’s current and future business goals.
