Christine Holgate and Paul Scurrah

Keynote Speakers at Courage Conference 2022

This conference is about the change we urgently need to see and be in 2022 as Courageous Leaders.

Sonia McDonald CEO & founder of LeadershipHQ knows that the world needs a new way of leading and leadership. We are excited to announce the COURAGE CONFERENCE 2022 which we will be hosting in Brisbane on 25th March 2022 at the Sofitel! This conference is brought to you by LeadershipHQ and 2022 Outstanding Leadership Awards. The AMAZING Christine Holgate and Paul Scurrah are our KEYNOTE SPEAKERS at the Courage Conference 2022, together with an incredible line up of courageous guest speakers, including explorer Dr Gareth Andrews who was recently in The Australian Magazine, Fiona de Jong former CEO AOC, Mark Richardson, Bella Zanesco - and more! The Courage Conference 2022 will empower you to unlock your unique leadership potential through courage. You have the opportunity to empower yourself by stepping up to a new level of leadership that will make a difference for generations to come.

Sonia McDonald says that through many years’ experience living and breathing the leadership space, we have noticed that generations of today and tomorrow see leadership merely as a role or title. However, leadership is an attitude, choice and mindset. It is also an action. In turn, the examples of leaders and leadership that we hear about and see today are far from inspirational and they are not contributing to a future legacy. Leadership that is focused on kindness, courage and inclusiveness is needed more than ever before for our generations of today and tomorrow.

This is why we have launched the Global Outstanding Leadership Awards and the Courage Conference 20212– to champion the greatest leaders and leadership that will inspire us all to be the change we want to see.

The Global Outstanding Leadership Awards is in its second year gaining international recognition for celebrating the enormous contributions of 5-star leaders. We also welcome CQUniversity Australia, Digital8, C3 Talent, Kay by Design and Specialists in Communications as partners of the Awards.

LeadershipHQ founder and CEO, Sonia McDonald said that “the importance of people-first leadership can no longer be ignored. As we move into a new decade, we are taking with us a legacy of change—and a legacy of showing that ‘when we lift others, we all rise’. Leadership HQ continues to be at the forefront of that change. The Outstanding Leadership Awards are the embodiment of a dream that commenced more than 20 years ago, and I’m honoured to have so many organisations support my vision.”
