Spirit Super COO to speak on customer expectations in a merger at the CSBA Super CX Forum

Announcement posted by CSBA 14 Oct 2021

Kathleen Crawford: How to build on shared values

The Voice of the customer research, critical in providing insights to develop new member services at Tasplan, has provided a solid foundation on which a culture of member-centric innovation is blossoming at Spirit Super, following the merger with MTAA Super.

In her presentation, Kathleen will speak on maintaining and elevating the customer experience for two combined yet distinct groups of members by using shared organisational values and commitments.

She will also discuss the importance of sound customer insights in creating tailored programs for different members on different journeys. As Kathleen explains, “never assume you know the customer without data. These insights will improve our engagement and digital footprint moving forward.”
