LegalVision advises OneVentures on its $10M funding of ASX-listed LiveTiles

LegalVision has advised OneVentures on its $10M funding round in software company LiveTiles. The funding will help LiveTiles grow its business and develop products in new markets.

LiveTiles, a publicly listed company (ASX:LVT), specialises in developing artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered workplace software. The company has partnered with large corporations, including Nestle and Microsoft, to roll out its cloud-based employee experience platform.

The LegalVision team was led by Jill McKnight (Practice Leader), who was assisted by Sian McLachlan.
