ATI Global Completes Acquisition of Groundsure



Sydney, Australia: January 20, 2021 - ATI Global, a global leader in legal technology, software and information services, announced today that it had acquired Groundsure, a Brighton (UK) based location intelligence business from Ascential plc.

Groundsure will continue to operate as an independent standalone business with an absolute commitment to customer excellence[1] and investment in product development and innovation as part of ATI Global’s vision of being a partner of choice to its valued clients.
