REGENCY MEDIA GROUP APPOINTS ADAM CLEARY AS FINANCE DIRECTOR



Adam Cleary joins Regency Media as Finance Director after working for International Entertainment companies

As a result of the recent expansion of Regency Media Group, Adam Cleary has been appointed to the newly created role of Finance Director and will oversee all aspects of Regency’s Finance Department.

Cleary has over 12 years experience in the Entertainment industry working with companies such as 20th Century Fox, MGM, New Line, Universal, The Jim Henson Company and Pathe International. Cleary will be predominately based in Regency Media's head office in Melbourne but will work closely with teams across all locations, and will contribute and support Regency’s dynamic growth strategy.

As part of the acquisition Regency now has access to a large catalogue in Australia as well as the infrastructure and a specialist team with skills in content acquisition and management. The acquisition of Shock represents the first pillar of the Company’s committed strategy to be a vertically integrated media company.

Fiona founded Regency Recordings in 1986 and has been its CEO since inception. In 2000, Fiona was inducted into the Australian Business Women’s Hall of Fame and in 2003 was a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year awards, as well as receiving the overall Dun & Bradstreet The Age Business award.
