Ross Pelligra, Chairman of the Pelligra Group says “ I am thrilled to be partnering with the Mustaca familyand am looking forward to working closely with all the local stakeholders in order to bring this development to fruition. We are committed in all our developments to renewable energy and green buildings, recycled water, energy efficient and creating a building that is environmentally friendly.”

Sam Mustaca, CEO of United Cinemas and Wahlburgers Australia says “ Ross and I and our families are super excited for the community of Byron, being family offices that love communities that we serve day in & day out our vision is to serve the Byron community & its visitors for the long term. This acquisition is the first for our Family Fund headed by fund managers Jason Meares of Option Group & Chakyl Camal of Pantera Group. There will be a brand selection for the hotel operator in keeping with Byron’s community over the coming months and once the appropriate permits have been issued by the local stakeholders and the governing bodies then with their blessings construction will commence immediately.”
