An extensive line-up of hands-on activities will give students the chance to learn about the opportunities careers in the foods, tourism, hospitality and events industries hold.   William Angliss Institute Sydney Open Day will showcase: ·        ‘Trial-a-Trade’ sessions - students gain hands-on experience, introducing them to the working life of a patissier, chef or barista.
