New Feature Keeps Groups Up-To-Date and Triggers School Forms

MELBOURNE, 3 May, 2017 - CareMonkey, the world’s fastest growing platform for medical records and school forms, have introduced Smart Groups, a new feature to save schools time managing groups and sending school forms to parents.

Smart Groups use pre-defined filters to keep Groups up-to-date, as well as automatically send school forms. Filters can be based on any combination of:

  • Care profile data
    e.g. Males, Under 18, has Asthma, etc

  • eForm Responses
    Permission given to attend camp

  • Manual Tags
    Student member of School Leadership Team
