About Interactive Freight Systems (IFS SmartFreight®) We are an award-winning and independent Australian organisation which has provided customers with true multi-carrier freight management solutions since 1989. We created one of Australia’s first generic multi-carrier shipping systems becoming the market leader by putting the customer first, and helping them take back control. The system offers versatility, transparency, accountability and efficiency. Our products are SmartFreight® Tracker4Transport (T4T), IFS SmartFreight® Enterprise, IFS SmartFreight® Professional and SmartFreight® Express. IFS staffs 55 people across the business. The business has a presence in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK and South Africa with customers domiciled in China, Singapore and Hong Kong. IFS has more than 2,600 active IFS customer sites operating daily.
