Tim Slade is an international V8 Supercar racing hero who lives on the Gold Coast. Originally from McLaren Vale in South Australia, the 26 year old is one of Australia’s brightest racing stars. Now entering his fourth year of full time racing in the V8 Supercars Championship, Tim begins the 2012 series with a considerable edge in a brand new V8 Ford Falcon FG Supercar. With the car tailored to fit his build, Tim and his team, along with naming rights sponsor, Lucky 7, have high expectations for 2012. Tim’s race circuit of choice is Bathurst and he never leaves home without a strawberry chapstick.
