Launched in July 2020 in Melbourne, Board Leaders Network is an exclusive collaborative member-based business network of experienced directors. Background For a number of years, Integrity Governance's Managing Partner, has been a Member, occasional Moderator or/and Guest Speaker at The Chairman's Network (UK). Recognising the benefits gained by chairs and directors from regular participation in a Coffee Meeting or Round Table meeting, he considered how The Chairman's Network could be adapted to suit Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Asia/Pacific region. Our Conversation sessions are for one hour and held in an environment that stimulates and broadens their understanding of governance, sectors and industries, nuances, and challenges of being a board leader. Board Leaders Network Membership brings to you a convenient way to maintain your continued professional development and dialogue outside of a board meeting/dinner setting. Members are active and will be able to direct the evolution of the network and its services. As the network grows, there will be opportunities to build relationships with Partners, (professional services firms, e.g., law, accounting, etc) and Sponsors (including hotel and function venues). Partners & Sponsors provide their premises and light refreshments for Conversation sessions as Speaker experts. Partners have benefited from the relationship with The Chairman’s Network to engage with their current and past clients by inviting them to a Meetings, provided meeting Moderators, guest and subject matter Speakers and contributed to the development of the Meeting calendar itself. This informal, interactive, and open style of engagement has contributed to a vibrant network with potential for other business opportunities, investment, and services for its members.
