Global Experience (GE) is an Australian privately-owned company established in 1999. GE has over 2,500 families nationally, able to provide a full suite of Homestay products and services for international students. GE is recognised for having a unique culture of warmth and personal contact in an era of increasing detachment in the area of customer service. This culture attracts like-minded host families and employees to meet the students’ needs. GE currently employs native speaking Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese and Spanish staff who also act as translators. An integral part of GE’s culture is the processes and procedures that ensure a reliable, consistently high standard is met.
