About Us

GymQuip Fitness was created in 1994 with our first location on Townsville Street in Fyshwick. We were the first specialised fitness store in Canberra and quickly outgrew our initial location. In 1998 we moved to 6 Ipswich Street and tripled in size. The 1400m2 superstore covered 3 levels and allowed us to broaden our range. Fast forward to 2012… we purpose-built our current 2000m2 building at 16 Goolwa Place, Fyshwick. Co-tenanted with our mates Drummond Golf and Hot Spring Spas Canberra, this massive showroom has the largest fitness and spa offering in Canberra.
