About Integra Financial Services and Deborah Kent Integra Financial Services, was established in 1996, under a fee for service arrangement with service agreements. Deborah Kent is the Director and Principle Advisor, Anthony Pears the Senior Advisor, Max Jacobs contracting Advisor, Andrew Brooks Practice Manager and two support staff make up the Integra team. Both Anthony Pears and Andrew Brooks have a share holding in Integra. Located in Parramatta, they service a wide range of clients including pre retirees, wealth accumulators, retirees, SMEs, Self Managed Super Fund clients and young wealth accumulators. The business also provides Risk solutions for their Financial Planning clients. Their new service young wealth accumulators is called Future Care and is focused on wealth preservation across the range of considered choices for client risk profiles. Deborah Kent has been a practising Financial Planner for 25 years. Her industry involvement includes: • Newly appointed AFA State Director NSW and national board position • Currently National Chair of the AFA “Inspire” connecting women in advice initiative. • FPA involvement for 15 years, National Education Committee and Sydney Chapter. • ARA (Authorised Representative Assoc) – on the state committee for 10 years, 3 years as State Director NSW and on the National Board. Outside the Industry she has been a member in the Western Sydney Business Connection for 16 years. She has had a board position for 11 years, 3 years as President and is the first women do so since its inception 21 years ago. She worked for many years with the Northcott Society in Parramatta on various fund raising events, and building fund raising. Currently Deborah is on the Western Sydney Committee for Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal. This position has been held for the past 8 years, this year raising over $100,000 at Parramatta events.
