Piquant Catering Queensland is heating up the Gold Coast foodie scene attracting a wide range of local and international clients over the past two years. Piquant Catering started out as a small family business in Sydney 15 years ago by Carl and Justine Nicholls. The company decided to team up with Sarah Brenac on the Gold Coast and now the firm has dazzled big clientele synonymous with class and style including NEP, the official 2018 Commonwealth Games host broadcaster, Porsche, McLaren, Aston Martin and Marcs.
