Point Trading’s case against Elbit Systems and ITL to remain in the Australian Federal Court

Faxtech Pty Ltd, trading as Point Trading, has successfully prevented ITL Optronics Ltd and Elbit Systems Limited (NASDAQ: ESLT, TASE: ESLT) from staying the Court proceeding it is running against the two companies in the Federal Court in Australia.
