Australia Needs a Disaster Resilience Commission (Cyber, Pandemic, Flood, Fire, Drought)

Three senior researchers have recommended creation of a National Resilience Advisory Commission (NRAC) to prepare the economy for the next disaster, especially in cyberspace.
