Founded by Producer/A&R Gerard Lasantha on November 1, 2023, Vibes Australia began with the registration of the domain www.vibesaustralia.com.au, followed by the trademark registration of "Vibes Australia" on February 14, 2024, approved by IP Australia. Since then, Vibes Australia has been involved in various music-related projects, including event promotions, music production, and music programs. On November 11, 2024, Vibes Universal Pty Ltd was established, restructuring the business to bring Vibes Australia under Vibes Universal. This also led to the discovery of the Vibes Music Australia brand, which now operates under Vibes Universal. Vibes Music Australia focuses on music production and music programs, while Vibes Australia continues its legacy as a leading name in event promotion, originally known to the public for its role in bringing exciting live music events to the forefront.
