Pronto Software Appoints Cloud Services Manager

With a strong track record of sales achievement as well as developing systems and methodologies to increase customer engagement for Pronto, Dickinson is now charged with rapidly expanding the cloud business unit – Pronto Hosted Services.
Pronto Hosted Services has seen strong demand from mid-market customers in Australia, New Zealand and North America over the past two years, and now counts 160 customers on its platforms. A key driver in this demand is access to Pronto’s business intelligence features.
With 12 years of experience at Pronto, Dickinson was previously Sales Business Process Manager, responsible for streamlining sales process and improving efficiency. He also spent three years working as operations manager for Pronto’s North American division where he had a key role in developing and supporting the local partner network.
“Pronto Hosted Services is a significant growth area for the organisation. The market is increasingly dictating the need for cloud-oriented service offerings, and we are hearing this from our own customers. As a business, we have offered hosting services and cloud for 10 years, but I am excited to help drive this into a new era of innovation,” Dickinson said.
The latest generation of Pronto’s flagship business management software, Pronto Xi 710, is now available to customers through Pronto Hosted Services, offering flexibility with advanced functionality.
Speaking about the appointment, David Jackman, Managing Director Pronto Software, said the cloud division is rapidly growing.

In 2013 Pronto Software unveiled two major updates to its business management software, Pronto Xi 710. The most recent update earlier this month features Pronto Connect, an integrated platform for Mobile Service and Mobile CRM modules.
