Ricoh Australia has announced it has achieved Cisco® Gold Certification. To earn Gold Certification, Ricoh had to meet rigorous standards set forth by Cisco in networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.

According to Matt Dixon, General Manager - IT Services at Ricoh Australia, "Cisco has been an integral partner for our growth and progression to a major player in the IT services market in Australia.  Achieving the Cisco Gold Certification is a major milestone in this progression and Ricoh is one of a select group of Cisco Gold Partners.

“Ricoh became a Silver partner three years ago and since this time our Cisco business has grown significantly. We have developed our own Cisco backed maintenance service branded as NetSupport which has rapidly grown to 40 clients and doubled our Cisco engineering staff to develop our national service capability.”

“We look forward to growing our partnership with Cisco whilst continuing to add value to our clients."

Using a third-party audit process, the program validates a partner’s technology skills, business practices, customer satisfaction, presales and post-sales support capabilities, and other critical factors that customers consider when choosing a trusted partner.

As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, Ricoh has met the requirements for attaining the broadest range of expertise across multiple technologies by achieving Cisco advanced specialisations in the four following areas [enterprise networks architecture, security architecture, collaboration architecture and data centre architecture].In addition, Ricoh has integrated Cisco Hybrid IT, the resale of cloud and managed services, into its offerings to ensure high customer satisfaction in collaboration with Cisco.
