Telstra, partner of leading cloud customer experience provider Genesys® for more than 20 years and their longest standing Cloud Reseller in Australia and New Zealand, was again awarded the accolade which acknowledges the vital role partners play in the growth of the company’s business and service offerings.
Genesys and Telstra recently celebrated a partnership milestone announcing they had exceeded a landmark 150 joint customers using Telstra Contact Centre Genesys Cloud since its launch in 2017. The platform requires only an internet connection to provide an integrated network for contact centres to scale up or down and deal with sudden and unexpected changes in call volumes with ease.
